上個月又無聊了,腳不聽話,又去了 Costco,哎⋯⋯

不過,這次有進步沒亂買,而且很高興的發現新大陸:「冷凍大草莓」,好大一包,2.7 公斤,也不貴,太好了,這個我喜歡!

高興的抱了一包,我女兒眼睛大巴巴的看著我:「這怎麼吃啊?」,上網一查才發現,原來台灣人真的不會吃「冷凍大草莓」,這可是好物啊,還好知道的人不多,不然又要搶貨缺貨了。

這好物的吃法可多了,但是不要一次講太多,知道的人少一點好,先公佈一個最簡單的貴婦吃法:草莓燕麥

  1. 燕麥 + 一堆冷凍草莓 + 牛奶:我喜歡讓牛奶淹沒一切,這樣才有「爽」與「滿」;
  2. 送進微波爐洞房:最大火力 5 分鐘,如果你貪心,草莓放太多,那就要再多的一兩分鐘,反正就是要融化草莓中間的心,有一點軟但又不會太軟,你知道的;
  3. 加甜甜:蜂蜜、糖水⋯⋯ 只要你喜歡,什麼都可以啦,我是愛加拿大楓糖漿,不會太甜又助嗯嗯~

璫璫~~~ 你看看,一大碗草莓比燕麥還多的超級健康早餐,每一口都天然,每一口都是草莓,還簡單到幼稚園,又只需要五分鐘,夠貴婦了吧!

真的很好吃,滿口的草莓讓我瞬移到北歐,用著墨西哥的價格,配著台灣的陽光⋯⋯ 嗯,夫復何求!

5 分!(滿分五分),為什麼這麼高?因為簡單、便宜又營養,貴婦早餐只要五分鐘,燕麥便宜飽足助消化,一大包草莓不算貴可以吃很久,這還能不得五分嗎

總結:很值得一試,但是別讓太多人知道這吃法,會缺貨的!
