今天是星期五天氣一樣那麼寒冷

下午5點從張醫師那回來

以往回到家大約都只要半個小時

然而今天回到家卻花了將近一個半小時

途中司機大哥討論到黃網線違停的問題

他說在日本這樣的情形是不會發生的

例如十字路口紅燈閃爍正準備變紅燈

你看見前方塞車如果你往前開

就會擋到即將變綠燈的車子

也許就是因為這樣子

造成了綠燈的車子無法向前

因此這個十字路口就變了不會動的停車場

如下圖所示紅色圈起來的部分
