不常下廚(=廚藝不精)也沒有廚藝天份的我,為了求生存,ㄧ直以來屏持著不挑食的精神過日子。

因為喜歡燉牛肉而接觸了鑄鐵鍋,發現鍋子還有輕鬆煮出粒粒分明的好口感米飯的優點後,自此電子鍋被我區分為需煮3杯米以上時用餐選項。

分享簡單、方便又好吃的臘味煲仔飯,30分鐘內為米飯增添香氣又加菜。

港式臘味煲仔飯

【鍋具】18CM 鑄鐵圓鍋

【材料】
1. 臘腸4根
2. 米2杯

【步驟】
1. 米洗好後放入鍋中 (米:水=1:1.1)
2. 將臘腸放入鍋內米上方 (切段或整根放入皆可)

3. 蓋上鍋蓋,以中小火煮至鍋蓋緣有蒸氣冒出

4. 轉小火,煮5分鐘

5. 關火,悶10分鐘(中途不要開蓋)
6. 開鍋

7. 若臘腸整根放入,切段即可上桌食用

[貼心小叮嚀]
可於煮飯同時備適量綠色蔬菜燙熟(ex.青江菜)擺盤搭配食用,即為個人簡餐~

 

【後記】嘗試用節能板煮一次
1. 2杯米洗好後放入鍋中(米:水=1:1.1)
2. 這次將臘腸切段放入鍋內米上方(今天很想多吃肉,所以放了6條臘腸)

3. 蓋上鍋蓋,以中小火煮至鍋蓋緣有蒸氣冒出(使用節能板約需10分鐘,比未用節能板多3分鐘左右)

4. 直接關火,悶10分鐘(因節能板有續熱烹煮的功效,所以我省去轉小火的程序)
5. 開鍋,上桌
