蜂蜜沈澱結晶了,怎麼辦?

我有一位尊敬的長輩,他長居美國,很難想像的,去年見面時,他竟然送了我一瓶「有機野生白蜂蜜」,還跟我說吃這個很好,我對有機食物沒有研究,但是真的很感謝他。

上網一查,這小小一瓶竟然要 15 美元,不便宜,又是個有心的禮物,捨不得吃,就這樣,忘了他的存在,直到今天,熊熊想到了它,只是,它沉澱了 ⋯⋯

那還可以吃嗎?丟掉好可惜啊 ⋯⋯

上網查,很多大陸的網頁都說可以吃,說這只是「結晶」,不是沈澱,那就好,可是要怎麼吃呢,蜂蜜都已經分成上下兩層了,那「沈澱」或「結晶」的部分,厚厚稠稠的,好像麥芽糖。

還好,找到了下面這篇文章,說得很清楚,確定是「結晶」,可以吃,只要用溫熱水泡,就會還原了,我用微波爐熱了些水,整罐蜂蜜放入大概 1/3,攪一攪,很棒,「結晶」大概半小時就都溶解了!
