昨天上的是企業管理概論

當中的行銷然而對其中的大量客製化行銷

其實上是我較感興趣的部分

客製化行銷其實上是指少量並滿足客戶的需求

類似中華郵政公司有提供客製化郵票

但是這些都是針對單一族群的需求

那大量客製化行銷到底是指什麼呢

我們來舉個例子好了

我要買一台筆記型電腦

假設說我買Apple MacBook air

他可能只能做到CPU的升級

SSDHD的升級

那我們再來看看戴爾筆記型電腦

他應該是比較接近於模組式的方式

不管哪一個幾種

他都可以做到CPU的升級

記憶體的升級

硬碟的升級

保固的升級

軟體的升級(試用版升級成正式版)

螢幕的升級

等等

我想大量客製化行銷

應該指的就是類似像戴爾電腦的這種行銷方式
