一個人，開家門，

落落寞寞是想起了誰，那回憶在刺痛

玻璃杯，破碎許多

沙發溫柔，戴著他的笑容

陷進去自拔難收，

明明都痛，明明傷口撕過

明明就難過，

明明都懂，明明不肯放手

習慣成了苦痛，原諒變成枷鎖

心頭變成冰凍，麻木不堪脆落

你不是不愛他，你是不愛你自己

愛到失去，忘了自己曾經多愛你自己

誰都應該，傷痛有個限度
