Everyone wants long lashes, they are not only a sign of good health, but they are very very pretty. Naturally, it makes sense for people to want to grow them out.

So, where should you start? The internet is full with solutions, but it’s important to know the facts: No amount of lash serum can increase the number of lashes on your eyelids; you are born with a set of amount of hair follicles, and that cannot be changed (I know, it's sad).

1. Brush your lashes. Everyone says that regular lash brushing stimulates growth in the hair follicles. Even though there’s no huge amount of proof that brushing with a lash comb will deliver longer, fuller lashes, it doesn’t hurt, either. So why not give it a try?

2. A growth serum: most people, when using a growth serum, experience a least a little amount of growth after a few months: with some brands more effective than others. Personally, I have never tried a growth serum, but I have heard extremely good things from people that I'm close to about them and how they work.

3. The most important: take care of your body everywhere else. Think about it, if the rest of your body is healthy and happy, naturally, your eyelashes will grow and come in happier and healthier. Don't just focus on improving one specific part of your body, work on generally trying to be a healthier person! :)
