Yogesh Tripathi, our Daroga Happu Singh’s catchy phrases and dialogues have had the audiences in splits in &TV’s Happu Ki Ultan Paltan. Apart from being a complete entertainer, Yogesh also has an artistic streak in him. Amid this lockdown, the actor has rekindled his love for art and has been spending time sketching cartoon characters with his son.
Speaking about it, Yogesh said, “With this lockdown, I rediscovered my passion for art after a long gap of 13 years, thanks to my son, Dishu. Both of us are passionate about painting. It was my favourite subject in school, and the same goes for him too. While being at home, we decided to paint every day to enjoy our time together. It is so wonderful to see the amount of happiness and joy it brings to him while drawing his favourite cartoon characters. These are challenging times for all of us but also allowed us to spend quality time with our loved ones. I, therefore, utilize every day to pursue various hobbies with my son, which I was not able to do owing to my busy work schedule. I do feel that everyone must use this time to either learn something new or start over a hobby that they left behind.”
Although Yogesh misses his character Happu Singh and his paltan, at the same time, his son, Dishu’s naughtiness and playfulness compensate for it. The father-son duo is making the most of this lockdown time to follow their passions each day.
